OpenHistoricalMap is a project that uses and adapts the OpenStreetMap software ecosystem to make a collaborative map of everything that used to exist as a historical open map.

This talk will focus on the technological changes to the OpenStreetMap Stack needed to allow people to map things in the past and create tiles for any period. It will also address the future tech challenges for the project.
